Chinese Tuition

Primary 1 Chinese Tuition

Mastery of chinese takes a lot of time and effort. Those who start working on their chinese early has an edge over those who struggle to keep up later down the road.

A strong foundation in chinese is usually built when the child is young, at lower primary, students only have 3 subjects therefore have a lot more time to work on their basics.

This means that students will be more fluent in their speaking, more adept in their writing and richer in their vocabulary when they reach upper primary.

Teacher’s Foreword

Scoring good marks in Chinese would give students a competitive advantage over others since it has equal weightage compared to any other subject. Conversely, a student’s aggregate score can be pulled down if he/she neglect to put in effort for Chinese.

My teaching style is systematic, targeting all areas in the Chinese exam. From multiple-choice language questions to comprehension, composition and oral, each component requires different techniques to do well. There will be lots of practice and lots of explanation. I help my students correct their mistake and learn from model answers so that they can adapt themselves to the exam requirements.

Students with strong fundamentals have an advantage, but even those without strong fundamentals will see a bump in their results after they apply the techiques I teach them in my chinese tuition lessons.
